Wholesale Sales Agreement

ARTGUL Dollar Sells operates as a wholesale distributor. All products are sold in case, pallet, or bulk quantities only. We do not sell individual units unless explicitly stated.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing inventory for resale or commercial use, not personal consumption.

Order Acceptance & Processing

Orders are not considered accepted until payment is received and the order is confirmed.

Once an order is processed, prepared, or shipped:

It cannot be modified

Shipping, Freight & Pickup

Orders may ship via freight or local pickup, depending on order size
Freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

Buyers are responsible for ensuring proper delivery access for pallet or freight shipments.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon:

Pickup by the carrier, or
Customer pickup from our location

ARTGUL Dollar Sells is not responsible for damage occurring after carrier pickup.

Returns & Refunds

All wholesale sales are final sale.

Refunds or replacements are only considered for:

Incorrect items shipped
Items damaged during transit

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and documentation.

Sales Tax & Resale Certificates

Buyers are responsible for providing valid resale or tax exemption documentation where applicable.

If valid documentation is not provided, applicable sales tax may be charged according to state and local laws.

Prohibited Use

Violate applicable laws or regulations
