Refund Policy

ARTGUL Dollar Sells is a wholesale distributor selling products in case, pallet, and bulk quantities. Due to the nature of wholesale inventory, all sales are subject to the following refund and return terms.

Wholesale Sales – Final Sale Policy

All products sold by ARTGUL Dollar Sells are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for wholesale items once an order has been confirmed, processed, or shipped.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Full pallets

  • Half or quarter pallets

  • Full cases

  • Display pallets

  • Mixed or assorted cases

Eligible Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is materially different from what was ordered

  • The product arrives damaged during transit

  • The order is missing items due to a fulfillment error

All claims must meet the requirements outlined below.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

    • Description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Refund Resolution

If a claim is approved, ARTGUL Dollar Sells may, at its discretion:

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

  • Provide store credit

  • Arrange a replacement shipment (subject to availability)

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was caused by ARTGUL Dollar Sells.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Overstocking or slow-moving inventory

  • Pricing changes or sales after purchase

  • Manufacturer packaging variations

  • Flavor, assortment, or display configuration changes

  • Minor cosmetic packaging damage that does not affect product usability

Sale & Promotional Items

All promotional, discounted, or sale-priced items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing.
Once an order has been processed, prepared, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
